3. Restrictions. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the software. You may not disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software.
4. Payment. Payment is required to obtain a license for this software. Once payment is made, you will be provided with a downloadable file of software.
5. Updates. "IslandPOS" may provide updates or upgrades to the software in its sole discretion, which may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
6. Warranty. The software is provided "as is" without any warranty. "IslandPOS" makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability. In no event will "IslandPOS" be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any indirect, consequential, exemplary or incidental damages, arising out of or in connection with the software.
